Patient Rights & Privacy Policy

Information about estimates, your health information, nondiscrimination, and language assistance.

01

Good Faith Estimate

If you do not have health insurance or choose not to use it for a service, you can ask for a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before scheduling care.

If you ask before scheduling, the estimate is due within 3 business days. For scheduled services, federal rules generally require it within 1 business day when scheduled 3–9 business days ahead, or within 3 business days when scheduled 10 or more business days ahead. The federal rule does not require an estimate for services scheduled less than 3 business days ahead. If our bill is at least $400 more than our estimate for the same service, you may be able to dispute it.

An estimate is not a bill and may not include services from other providers.

For an estimate or questions, contact the office where you receive care. Please do not include health details in a general email.
